Surat: Ahead of the World Bicycle Day tomorrow, as many as 500 students of Swaminarayan Gurukul in Surat made a giant human replica of a bicycle, to motivate people for environment protection and health maintenance. The students made a giant human replica of a bicycle on the premises of Sri Swaminarayan Gurukul at Vedroad in Surat this morning to inspire the people to protect the environment and maintain health and explain the innumerable benefits of cycling.

The principals of the school Mr. Arvindbhai Thesia and Dharmeshbhai Saliya with the inspiration of Dharmavallabh Swami, Prabhu Swami and Devprakash Swami, took this initiative to collectively convey the message of bicycle usage and awareness to the masses as the bicycle is a simple, affordable and cost-free, environmentally friendly mode of transportation.
