At this time our policy remains “business as usual with sensible Health and Safety precautions” so we continue with our plans for collections and deliveries as best we can and within current Government guidelines, however we are monitoring the situation closely. 

We are operating with a drastically reduced driver-force so there may be significant delays in completing your movement.

Our experienced Operations Team follow a tried and tested process for all driven vehicle deliveries.  Our teams experience is backed up by technology (such as A.M.I. our unique bespoke drivers app and D.O.R.I.S. our back-office system designed with the customer in mind) but we don’t just rely on technology!  Our aim is to monitor all jobs individually  – reducing potential additional costs such as aborts or driver waiting time.

Our Customer Service Charter backs up our commitment to you and can be extended with specific and ad-hoc particulars.  We reduce the frustrations and burdens of vehicle collection and delivery, allowing businesses to concentrate on core activity.

Our drivers collect and deliver vehicles nationwide on a daily basis wearing corporate uniform, carrying ID badges. All are equipped with a mobile phone and a company fuel card – ensuring the efficient transit of your vehicle. From the moment our driver take possession of your vehicle until we effect delivery, it is covered with our motor trade fully comprehensive insurance policy.

PlaterPal Connect has the facility to search for work by area. If you are an approved supplier and there are movements available simply search, click and book the movement for one of your drivers.
